About Natasha Parvin
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the unseen: energy, patterns, intuition, and the quiet guidance of spirit. But my path into healing came from something very personal.
Someone I loved became seriously ill, and we were left with very few answers. Reiki helped, but I knew there was more to explore. That experience sent me into years of study in hypnosis, energy healing, spirit release, shamanic work, tapping, sound healing, and other spiritual practices.
What began as a search to help someone I loved became part of my own healing too.
Over time, I came to understand that this work is about more than clearing energy. It is about helping people reconnect with themselves, reclaim their power, and create space for their own soul to lead.
Today, I bring together grounded experience, spiritual guidance, and a range of healing tools to meet each person where they are. I also serve as a Senior Assessor and Trainer with Spirit Release Academy, where safety, integrity, and clear guidance are at the heart of the work.
If you feel disconnected, weighed down, stuck in a pattern, or affected by something you cannot quite explain, you do not have to figure it out alone.

Who is AMARA?
Through meditation and inner work, I came to recognize her as the greater essence of who I am beyond this one lifetime and physical experience. Amara is the name I heard when I asked for my Higher Light, multidimensional Self.
Upon looking it up, the name means Eternal, which feels fitting. Amara is not a guide outside of me. She is the fuller expression of my own Soul/Spirit, the energy I trust and work through as I bring more of my highest self into this life.
I believe our soul is made up of many expressions of consciousness across different lives, worlds and dimensions. Together, they form our unique energetic signature. Amara represents the collective wisdom and highest light of these many aspects of me.
She presents as a feminine collective, made up of different expressions and energies. Some have appeared to me with bird-like qualities, while others carry Mantis, Lyran, Arcturian and other multidimensional aspects. They are not separate energies, but different frequencies of expressions of the same greater soul essence. The collective Knowlege and expressions to call upon.
Primary Guides that assist in my work
Red Hawk- My primary Spirit Guide. I was introduced to him in a CTT session with George in 2017 without realizing he was my guide. He presented himself to me clearly in Remote Spirit Release training with Dr Palmer in 2019 and has become a trusted friend. I had a Spirit guide drawing done and of course he is the one who stepped forward.
He is the one I work most closely with in any Spiritual Work I do. He stands by and oversees, often relaying wisdom. He lived in the 1800's and fought at the battle of Little Big Horn. He is invested in helping people come back to themselves and to work together and not be led by false authority.
Ju Long _ A joyful guide. He works with herbs and healing. I had a guide portrait made and he came through. second pic is what was generated when I described how I see him.
