4-4-25 Message from JuLong

(I put the audio meditation into an AI program and this is a recording of a podcast created talking about the meditation. How wild and Cool! and a bit Weird! but have a listen. They do a pretty decent job making it interesting)

Connecting with Guides_ Integrity, Truth, and Joy

Okay, today is the morning of April 4th, 2025 and I am sitting down to do a meditation to to connect with my guides. I feel like they've been nudging me to to talk. I feel really bad about not connecting unless it's for someone else and I need to make a habit of connecting more often and When I was showering earlier, I was getting short little messages and I was seeing Julong's smiling giggling face and so I feel like he wants to give me a message today.

So, and then when I sat down, I started sneezing, which is always a good indication that the guides are here. So, let's see what the message is today. The word I'm hearing is integrity. There are those who have it and those who don't. They're showing me an image of like a zipper. So, a zipper that zips correctly, has its integrity. One that you try to zip and it has that catch or it's kind of been bent or skewed has lost its integrity. Giving that as an example. Understanding how someone can fall out of integrity different reasons, pulled and compelled.

Everything's easy when there's no conflict or there's no pushpull or catalyst um pressure in a vacuum. Everyone would find it easy to remain in integrity. No one would no one would need or want what the other has for it would just be themselves content with what was on offer in their world. As soon as you mix and mingle these different consciousness frequencies, it becomes this constant pushing and pulling and magnetizing and repelling all of the ingredients for creativity.

And this is where integrity can be lost quite easily. Can it be repaired? Of course. Does it leave a scar? Absolutely. So I'm asking, so since no one is integrity 100% of the time of their whole life, I'm asking I'm not exactly sure how to word the question. So basically I want to know you know people like to label good person bad person they like to be always one against the other. So I want to understand What is important? What is the most important thing? How do we navigate this winding, treacherous road that we have in our lives?

For many, they want to be a part of something. They feel is meaningful, something that they love, something they can stand behind in a group .

When many magnetize and come together for a single purpose, it can be wonderful and beautiful, purposeful. However, each has his own road, own path, learning experiences. If one should fall out of integrity, upsets the apple cart. He's saying he's so funny. He's showing the apple cart has been turned over and He's like, "Oh, the apples. So what now?" Carefully picking up each apple and examining it, dusting it off, placing it back on the cart. He comes to one that has been injured and bruised. Perhaps there's a worm. And he's asking the apple, would you like me to repair this for you? Remove the blight. And the apple's like, "No, I I like it this way." So, he has to leave the apple on the ground as he moves through placing back. He's saying that he has left the apple on the ground not because the apple is bad or that it's um not worth anything. It's more so that because of the choices if it were returned to the art. The others would could be compromised and achieving a purpose. This would not do.

So, got the apples that are willing and still have the same goals. vision back on the cart. Interesting. All right. What else need to understand? I don't understand human nature. Why everyone I think my guides re realize and know that it really makes me uncomfortable to see people in conflict. I feel deep down that people should be understanding and work things out and go your separate ways. If you don't have the same interests or don't see things the same way, but I don't understand the viciousness doesn't with me. What can you tell? I really would like to know how spirit sees this.

I'm not understanding the message quite yet, but he's in a car and I hear the song Low Rider. He's like honking the car horn while it bounces, you know, the hydraulic when they put the hydraulics on the cars. What's up? What's going on with this? So, I'm hearing that people will choose their experiences. I understand that part. I do. I truly do.

I see him grinning. He's talking about how humans, human nature is quite funny and how we don't do things. So if everyone is happy getting along, hi. I see him high-fiving everybody. Everything is roses and rainbows and unicorns .

That's nice for a time, but humans get so bored with that. Plus, there's no movement. So, it's like a stream that has been damned up into a puddle. First, it's nice. Til, it's not.

But the main point is that it's not going anywhere. The whole point was to get from point A to point B to point C and keep continuing on. But if you're in party, happy blissful party mode, you're not very motivated. In pops the conflict. He's given an example of let's say uh someone were to tell another person insinuate that they're bad or something. That person's self-conscious and it hurts their feelings and then they have a choice. They consult, be angry, vengeful, try to tear the other person down. down and rise above it, become the best version of themselves that they can be.

Purpose of this life is not to live it a comfortable paradise. Come to shake things up and you do not move. You do not Take action when you're comfortable. Only when he's showing me dice, like dice in a being shaken up. Only whenever the dice are shaken and thrown does the game begin. The friction of the energies moving. I see different ideas popping off and out, branching out. See some of the apples rotting and dropping away. Wasn't their time? The pressure was too much. Couldn't keep from being resentful, hateful. I see others rising up and becoming more...paying even more attention to how they live their lives to maintain that integrity. Serve in the best way possible.

And I see all of this when I I see it from a distance. It looks like absolute chaos. This popping off this way and that another. And if you really pay attention and see the expansion, it's kind of like a water hose sprays out. Some of the droplets will immediately fall to the ground, soaking the the earth. And some of them shoot high into the air, creating rainbows. But that whole fan of water, the whole spectrum of droplets as the sun shines off of them. Each one it own prism. each one like a seed and that is how you grow.

He says "you don't grow by playing tea with the fairies. You grow by testing out different things and finding what works. getting bumps and bruises along the way, scraped knees, standing up. Some will fall away, some will find that this game is not their cup of tea .

Some will take the baton out into the cosmos and how it must be. All growth comes with a bit of chaos. If you're going to get anywhere, my dear, you must be willing. Take a few thorns, dodge a few arrows. "

Okay, so I think I do kind of understand. Uh it's not that I like it or anything, but I get I get the concept.

What else can you tell us? Julong, you have my attention.

He's showing me a path and then he's showing me it's like a field and there's a path through the field and then he's like handing me a machete. He's like, "You could follow the path or are you going to explore?" And either way is fine. Either way, speaking of integrity again, so he's showing um the person with the machete and the hat and the gloves and they are purposefully they're not just swinging. They're they have a purpose in mind. They are remaining in integrity.

And then he shows another one. They're in their flipflops and they're they got a pair of sunglasses, but that's about it. They have a cigarette and uh some scissors and they're just kind of waiting through the fields with no thought for the snakes on the ground or the the bugs are getting cut by the It seems like kind of like wheat or rice or something getting cut by the anything they pass by and they're just kind of kind of haphazardly and then they fall into a hole. Oh no. Okay. So, person won't reach the goal. But another person comes along behind them and sees the path that they started and thinks about it thoughtfully, begins to carve the path out. in a meaningful way.

So, it did serve a purpose. This person that was kind of Ramboing it. It did make a a groove that could be followed to a positive outcome. So judgment, he's speaking of judgment. What about that?

So he's asking me is are any of these good or any of these bad? Matter of opinion, I would say he's cautioning about believing things. He's saying believing has nothing to do with the truth. The truth stands on its own. It it has its own internal light. Believing must be ....someone must shine a flashlight upon it. What? Okay, let me consider that for a moment, Jul. So, okay. Truth. Okay, show me a little deeper so I can understand. So he's saying truth is truth. It has its own internal source of light .

It doesn't have to be manufactured. Got it. I believe many flashlights. Many flashlights. many beliefs. So beliefs can be changed, flipped on, flipped off, shined. You can shine a pink light, a blue light, a purple light. You could It's very manipulatable, if that's a word. Beliefs can be manipulated. And all the while, truth stands. And I see that truth can be covered by mountains of beliefs, for centuries, even. Nonetheless, it stands and it shines for those who are willing to seek it.

So, how can we know truth when it can be buried in so much junk? He's pointing to the heart. He says there's a resonance there that when you speak it, when you consider it, but it can be very tricky for beliefs are infinitely strong in the human mind. So, it's a choice. It is a choice everyone must make whether they pick one of the many belief systems out there or whether they seek for the truth.

He's so funny. So, he's like, "Look for the light." And he's like running around with a torch. He's such a goofy little dude. All right. Anything else? He says, "There are many, many belief systems out there, but the truth you must seek with your heart. Eyes will deceive you, your ears will deceive you, your emotions definitely deceive you. But if you get quiet and still and consider what is most important, not what you have to gain, not what someone can do for you, not what you can do for others, but what is true. Do not be deceived by flashy colors, he says. Truth is often boring and straightforward and simple. Shocking at times, but simple without embellishments. The more embellishments, the more likely it is to be simply a belief.

Would you like to leave us with any message before I go? Go back to the grind and get back to work today. He says, "Stand in your truth and do not be swayed. Root yourself in the knowing that you can trust yourself." You showing other people like pulling and tugging as you're rooted.

What about just a general message? Something you would like to tell. This is something that I'll share with everyone. What would be a good message for humanity?

He's sending me the song Rise Up. I have to look that up. I don't know the lyrics. Okay.

He's saying you don't need permission .

You don't need permission to be who you are. He's pointing... You are you for a reason. You are the culmination of all of your experiences in this life and in others. And no one has that same configuration as what you do. Honor and cherish that. You do yourself a disservice to be always trying to be like someone else. Letting them lead you by the nose. Down this road and that up and down, side to side. Stand up and say no. Only you know what's in your heart. Always keep a spark of joy there for that is the fuel of the fire of the human. Seek out the joy. Live for the joy. Find the joy in strange unusual places.

Make it as an Easter egg hunt. It is always there waiting to be uncovered. You take these things too seriously. It could be a rough and whole life. But you stand up, brush yourself off, and you'll do it again. You will because these experiences is what you come here for. This is what you live for. The bumper cars, the magnets smashing together, pushing, pulling, repelling, and attracting. It's all a beautiful dance. Love is at the core, whether you can see it at this moment. Love is at the core. And the sooner you come back to that, the more you will understand.

Thank you. Thank you, JuLong
